We do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. 
We do not offer product refunds for a ‘change of mind’ after purchase. Exchanges are offered after purchase, please email to arrange.

For hair accessories & headpieces our exchange policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a code will be emailed to you for the value of the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
